Zachary Hale is a percussionist and composer currently living in Clearwater,FL. He received his Master of Music from McGill University in 2013 with Aiyun Huang and Fabrice Marandola, and a Bachelor of Music in 2011 with Robert McCormick, Paul Reller, and Baljinder Sekhon.  In recent years he has attended the SICPP festival in Boston, Random Walks festival in Toronto, NIME conference in London, and the Atlantic Music Festival in Waterville, Maine. He has recorded music on the Book Burners album by Nicole Lizée, albums from the McCormick Percussion Group, and a new album called “Raging Against the Machine” with Ensemble Paramirabo and the Thin Edge New Music Collective of a program that he also toured with across Canada. He interests also include software development, specifically web development in AngularJS, .NET core, C#, and NodeJS.
